Ethan Peal in his office

Artist.
Creator.
Host.

I work full-time at Wylie & Son, Inc. a leading ag equipment company serving West Texas and Oklahoma. I’m certified in Adobe with ongoing studies in agriculture and design.

Through my brand, Omega Consulting, I provide freelance marketing and creative solutions for small businesses and ministries. I also host The Apex Mindset Podcast, where faith and discipline meet growth. Together, we explore what it means to Rise. Pursue. Conquer.

Beyond the office, I’m a multidisciplinary artist, working in digital painting, charcoal, acrylic pours, and beadwork. My art focuses on realism and emotional depth. I’m also a worship bass player and a competitive runner on the side.

ABOUT ME //

My name is Ethan Peal, and I’m a marketing professional at Wylie & Son, Inc., an equipment manufacturer and authorized Case IH and New Holland dealer serving West Texas and Oklahoma. I’m certified in Adobe Illustrator and Social Media Marketing through HubSpot, with additional credentials in agriculture and design currently in progress.

Outside of my full-time role, I pursue creative freelance marketing work through Omega Consulting and I also host The Apex Mindset Podcast, where faith meets personal growth and where we explore what it means to Rise. Pursue. Conquer. in leadership, life, and the pursuit of purpose.

Outside the office I am a multidisciplinary artist, I specialize in digital painting, charcoal portraits, acrylic pours, and handcrafted beadwork, focused on realism and emotional storytelling. You’ll also find me playing bass in worship settings and training as a competitive runner with my sights set on a marathon in 2026.

Rise. Pursue. Conquer. These three words guide everything I do, from my work and art to my daily mindset. It's about showing up, staying grounded, and helping others do the same.

"Unleash the potential that is in another and you unleash the potential that is in you!"
